You could check the transit time when you choose the shipping methods. The transit time may be delayed by the hot season, bad weather and customs inspection etc.

Shipping Time

Our warehouse is making every effort to quickly process and ship out new orders within 1-3 business days.

All the products will be checked carefully before shipping out. Tracking numbers are provided by email after we ship out your package.

Order can be changed (Items/Name/Tel/Postal/Address) or canceled only when the order is unshipped. Once the package is shipped out, we can't change it.

Shipping Fee:

Free Shipping when order over $30. We provide flat rate $4.99 for order below $30.

Shipping Duty and Tax

We will cover the shipping duty and tax for standard shipping methods. For some countries, you may have to pay the duties to finish the clearance. Please pay first, and come back to us with the receipt, we will send money to you.

Lost Packages:

If your package was marked as delivered but you have not received it yet, please first contact your local post office to see if it is being held there. If it is not there, please ask your local post office to provide a paper to prove the package is lost and send to us. We will resend or refund to you.

It is not usual for international orders to appear to have a tracking update delay while traveling globally. If you do not see a tracking update after 15 business days, please reach out to our customer team for assistance.
