US: around 5-12 business days; ePacket around 10~30 days
UK: around 4-6 business days.
Canada & Australia & Mexico: around 10-20 business days.
Europe countries: around 6-8 business days.
Japan & Korea: around 5-8 business days.
The rest of the world: around 15-30 business days.
You could check the transit time when you choose the shipping methods. The transit time may be delayed by the hot season, bad weather and customs inspection etc.
Customs Inspection Notice
From time to time, destination country customs may randomly select packages for inspection. When this happens, our logistics provider will actively submit the necessary documents to assist with the clearance process. Once customs has completed their inspection, the package will be released for delivery. Please note that the duration of this process is beyond our control and depends on the local customs authorities. If your package is selected for inspection, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding. Rest assured, we will do everything we can to ensure a smooth clearance.

Shipping Time and Confirmation
Once your order is placed, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Our warehouse is making every effort to quickly process and ship out new orders within 2-3 business days. When your order ships, you’ll receive another email with a tracking number. Simply click the tracking number to view your order's delivery status.

All the products will be checked carefully before shipping out.
Order can be changed (Items/Name/Tel/Postal/Address) or canceled only when the order is unshipped. Once the package is shipped out, we can't change it.
Lost Packages:
If your package was marked as delivered but you have not received it yet, please first contact your local post office to see if it is being held there. If it is not there, please ask your local post office to provide a paper to prove the package is lost and send to us. We will resend or refund to you.
It is not usual for international orders to appear to have a tracking update delay while traveling globally. If you do not see a tracking update after 10 business days, please reach out to our customer team for assistance.
