You could check the transit time when you choose the shipping methods. The transit time may be delayed by the hot season, bad weather and customs inspection etc. 

 

Customs Inspection Notice

From time to time, destination country customs may randomly select packages for inspection. When this happens, our logistics provider will actively submit the necessary documents to assist with the clearance process. Once customs has completed their inspection, the package will be released for delivery. Please note that the duration of this process is beyond our control and depends on the local customs authorities. If your package is selected for inspection, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding. Rest assured, we will do everything we can to ensure a smooth clearance.

Items Delivery Guaranteed or Your Money Back!

If your package can't be delivered in 60 days, we will resend or refund to you. 

ViVi Stationery offers Full Tracked Shipping. We work with branded company  YunExpress （https://www.yuntrack.com/ ）and Yanwen (https://www.yw56.com.cn/en/) which provide stable and safe shipping service. 

Please note that if the address is entered incorrectly by the customer or if the package is marked as delivered but is stolen, we are unable to offer a refund.

Shipping Time and Confirmation

Once your order is placed, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Our warehouse is making every effort to quickly process and ship out new orders within 2-3 business days. When your order ships, you’ll receive another email with a tracking number. Simply click the tracking number to view your order's delivery status.

If you can’t find these emails, please check your spam or promotions folder. Still no luck? No worries—reach out to us directly on Facebook or Instagram @vivistationery, and we’ll be happy to assist. This ensures we can address your query without the hassle of email issues.

All the products will be checked carefully before shipping out. 

Order can be changed (Items/Name/Tel/Postal/Address) or canceled only when the order is unshipped. Once the package is shipped out, we can't change it. 

The package is marked as delivered, but I have not received it.

If your package was marked as delivered but you have not received it yet, please first check your mailbox to see if it has been placed there. If it is not in your mailbox, you may also want to check with your neighbors to see if they have received it by mistake. If you still can't locate it, please contact your local post office to see if it is being held there.

Please note that if your package was marked as delivered but is believed to be stolen, we are unable to offer a refund or resend the item. We recommend filing a police report and contacting the carrier for further investigation.

No update for a long time

It is not usual for international orders to appear to have a tracking update delay while traveling globally. If you do not see a tracking update after 10 business days, please reach out to our customer team for assistance.
