Shipping Duty and Tax
If your package was marked as delivered but you have not received it yet, please first contact your local post office to see if it is being held there. If it is not there, please ask your local post office to provide a paper to prove the package is lost and send to us. We will resend or refund to you.
It is not usual for international orders to appear to have a tracking update delay while traveling globally. If you do not see a tracking update after 15 business days, please reach out to our customer team for assistance.
