1. Registered Trademark Notice

ViVi Stationery® is a registered trademark.
Unauthorized use of our trademark — including imitation, modified similarity, or any attempt to pass off another product as ours — is strictly prohibited and enforceable under U.S. trademark law and applicable international agreements.


2. Copyright-Protected Materials

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website is the exclusive intellectual property of ViVi Stationery®. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Product names, titles, and descriptions

  • Collection names, category architecture, and layout design

  • Website text structure and visual presentation

The following actions are strictly forbidden:

  • Using the name ViVi Stationery®, or any confusingly similar variation, in any commercial or competitive context

These restrictions apply regardless of intent.
Intentional or unintentional copying is considered infringement.


4. Enforcement & Legal Action

We actively monitor online marketplaces, social media platforms, websites, and e-commerce channels for unauthorized use of our intellectual property.

Upon detection of infringement, we may take one or more of the following actions without prior notice:

  • DMCA takedown requests

  • Copyright and trademark violation reports

  • Removal demands issued to hosting providers

  • Cease-and-desist notices

  • Civil legal action seeking damages

Violations will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.
