How to Use Your Store Credit

Step 1: Log into Your Account
Please log in using the link below with the email address you used when placing your order. Our system will send you a one-time password to your email.

Step 2: Check Your Store Credit Balance
After logging in, click Profile → Payment Methods to view your available store credit amount.

Step 3: Apply Store Credit at Checkout
When you’re ready to place an order:

  • Go to checkout
  • Make sure you are logged in
  • Select Apply Store Credit

You may choose to use your store credit only, or combine it with another payment method (such as credit card or PayPal) if your order total is higher than your available balance.

Store credit can only be applied when you are logged into your account. If you do not see the option, please double-check that you are signed in.
