Welcome to ViVi Stationery. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of products through our online store.
By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service. ViVi Stationery® is an independent online brand operating internationally.
1. Eligibility
By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Products and Orders
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of any product at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud, unauthorized transactions, pricing errors, or suspicious activity are identified. Order confirmation emails acknowledge that we have received your order. An order is considered accepted once it has been processed and shipped.
3. Pricing and Currency
Product prices may be displayed based on your geographic location and local currency settings. Customers may complete checkout using their selected local currency. Currency conversion is processed through payment providers. Final charges may vary slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations, bank fees, or local payment processing policies. We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice.
4. Shipping and Customs
Shipping timelines and delivery policies are detailed in our Shipping Policy page. For most countries listed in our Shipping Policy, import duties and customs fees are prepaid or covered by us. In certain destinations, including specific remote or postal-only regions, customs authorities may require payment from the recipient at delivery. If customs fees are charged in such cases, customers may submit valid proof of payment for reimbursement review.
5. Returns and Refunds
We accept return requests for change of mind within 7 days of delivery, provided that the item is unused, remains in original condition, and is suitable for resale. Used products are not eligible for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error. All returns must be sent using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returned parcels lost in transit. Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If an order has been shipped and confirmed delivered according to carrier tracking, it is considered fulfilled. We reserve the right to dispute unauthorized or invalid chargebacks when delivery confirmation is available. Customers are encouraged to contact us directly at hello@vivistationery.com before initiating payment disputes so we may assist in resolving concerns. Delivery confirmation provided by the carrier shall be considered valid proof of fulfillment.
7. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use
All website content, including product designs, images, graphics, text, and branding elements, is owned by or properly licensed to ViVi Stationery®. Customers may resell original, unmodified ViVi Stationery products and may incorporate purchased products into handmade crafts, cards, or finished goods for resale. Customers may also share tutorials, social media content, and videos demonstrating use of our products. However, reproduction, digitization, scanning, copying, or manufacturing new products using our designs for resale is strictly prohibited. Purchase of a physical product does not transfer ownership of design rights.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable international law, ViVi Stationery shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the website or purchase of products. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific product involved in the claim.
9. Force Majeure
We shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to customs inspections, postal disruptions, governmental actions, international trade policy changes, tariff regulations, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with applicable international commercial and consumer protection laws.
